Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: March 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Client”), and Mehwar Al Madar Pools (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, or construction services we provide in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

By booking a service or utilizing our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

We provide professional pool services including, but not limited to:

  • Routine Maintenance: Weekly or monthly visits including vacuuming, brushing, filter backwashing, and chemical balancing.
  • Repairs & Diagnostics: Pump, heater, and filter repairs, as well as electronic leak detection.
  • Construction & Renovation: Building new concrete/fiberglass pools, re-grouting, and waterproofing.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a pool is deemed structurally unsafe or poses a hazard to our technicians.

3. Pricing, Quotes & Payments

  • Quotations: All initial prices provided via WhatsApp or phone are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed upon on-site physical inspection.
  • Maintenance Contracts: Monthly maintenance fees are to be paid in advance at the start of each service cycle.
  • Construction & Repairs: Large projects require a structured payment plan (e.g., 50% deposit, milestone payments, and final payment upon completion).
  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend ongoing maintenance or construction work if payments are delayed beyond the agreed-upon grace period.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure we provide the best service, the Client agrees to the following:

  • Access: Provide clear and safe access to the pool area and equipment room during scheduled service times.
  • Utilities: Provide free access to water and electricity necessary to carry out cleaning or repair tasks.
  • Pets & Children: Ensure pets are secured and children are kept away from the pool area while our technicians are handling chemicals and equipment.
  • Water Level: Maintain proper water levels between our routine maintenance visits unless an auto-fill system is installed.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling a routine cleaning visit.

For construction or major renovation projects, cancellations after materials have been purchased or work has commenced may result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover incurred costs.

6. Liability & Warranties

  • Pre-existing Conditions: Mehwar Al Madar Pools is not liable for damage to pre-existing fragile tiles, degraded plaster, or failing old equipment that breaks during standard cleaning or repair procedures.
  • Chemical Balance: While we guarantee chemical balancing upon our departure, environmental factors (rain, sandstorms, heavy bather load) can quickly alter water chemistry. We are not liable for water issues occurring days after a successful service visit.
  • New Installations: New equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) and new pool constructions come with specific manufacturer and workmanship warranties, details of which will be provided in your specific contract.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
